Yes. Customize the included document templates with your branding and share finished documents with customers. Starter and Complete also include online invoice records and printable invoices. Connect Square in the paid workspace to collect invoice payments through secure Square checkout and record verified payments automatically. QuickBooks Online, Xero and Sage Business Cloud Accounting connections require provider setup and account mapping; the initial accounting export supports USD invoices without tax. Processing fees apply. The license covers one user in one business; source files may not be resold or redistributed.
Add users in your private license manager after you buy. Each additional user costs $5 per month, and increases start on the next monthly invoice.
Yes. Each paid toolkit includes a private cloud workspace for customers, estimates and customer approvals. Starter and Complete add production scheduling, invoice records and payment tracking. Invited, licensed teammates share that workspace. Downloaded files are edited separately and do not automatically sync with the workspace.
AI Admin is available in the browser to the owner of any connected, active paid toolkit. Starter and Complete also show the AI Admin shortcut in the mobile app. Invited teammates cannot manage the owner’s assistant rules.
The in-house engine tracks online tasks, follows up on unanswered shared app estimates near expiry, plans tentative dates and prepares unpublished invoices after work is marked complete. Crew/painter assignment and invoice sending require approval. Tentative dates reserve no staff or production capacity. Legacy web workspace projects are reviewed and linked to their existing workflow; unsent device drafts and workbook files are separate.

To start, sign in with the business owner’s email, connect your purchased toolkit, then open AI Admin. Check your time zone, follow-up wording and business hours. New profiles enable routine rules; existing pauses stay paused. Email delivery uses the configured service; texts open your device’s messaging app.
No OpenAI API account is needed for the rules engine. Optional OpenAI language assistance requires separate API setup and processing consent and uses the platform’s $50 monthly usage guard. Hosting, email, subscriptions and any optional API charges remain separate services; usage is not unlimited.
