Planned dates do not reserve staff or capacity. Invoice publication, sending invoices, charges and refunds keep their existing confirmation checks.

Automatic follow-up template

Weekdays during your business hours. At most one assistant follow-up per estimate version and one per recipient per day, for unanswered mobile estimates within five days of expiry. Customer opt-outs and paused rules stop queued sends. SMS opens your device’s messaging app.
