Production schedule
Selected project · progress & customer report
Finishing production releases future capacity. Use Review estimate & invoice to inspect the source. Edit and send an app invoice from its saved project; invoice publication still requires approval.
Customer completion report
This customer-facing report is frozen with each newly approved invoice and included in its private link. Draft report changes do not change invoices already sent.
Scope / punch list
Up to 12 resized photos. Upload only photos you have permission to share with this customer.
Record a verified external payment
Only record funds you have verified in your business account. Opening a payment app never marks an invoice paid.
Capacity planner
Capacity from confirmed bookings
Unique crew members determine available person-hours. Confirmed assignments populate booked hours automatically; completed production is excluded. This schedule is separate from legacy manual scenario worksheets.

Setup · availability, crews & payments
Customer availability
Customers request up to three start dates while approving. A request reserves no crew; you confirm production below.
Capacity assumptions
Crew directory
One person per line: Name | foreman or painter. Use the same name across crews so overlapping assignments are caught. Assignments do not give employees account access.
Individual painters
Crew members already appear as individual choices on the calendar. Add a painter here if they are not in a crew.
Customer payment options
Use business profiles enabled for commercial payments. These options show on newly approved invoices. Confirm receipts in the provider before recording a payment.
Your business receives its customer payments directly. Stripe handles card entry and saved cards. No Six Pines transaction fee is added. Customers confirm each final payment.
Platform payment setup
Dedicated Connect restricted key with Accounts, AccountLinks, Customers, Checkout, Setup/PaymentIntents and balance permissions. Register the Connect webhook at /api/mobile/job-payments-webhook for checkout.session.completed, async_payment_succeeded/failed, expired, charge.refunded and dispute created/closed. Configure test credentials first; replace only after sandbox testing. This is separate from toolkit subscription billing.
Customer cards stay disabled until a sandbox payment succeeds, the live Connect webhook is verified, and you explicitly enable live payments.
